Breakfast Eggs

Just for a bit of fun, I thought I’d show what I’d eaten for breakfast this morning.. Nothing special, just two eggs, some grapefruit and yoghurt… and of course a cup of tea..
Coffee is probably better suited - but I’m a tea drinker through and through..
It’s all very quick and easy. The eggs I used today were quite small. It is advisable to use large eggs:
Pre-heat oven to 200°C
Smear Butter into soufflé pots
Add Cream Cheese (I prefer to use Cream Cheese with herbs, but there are many different flavours to choose from)
Add Eggs (large)
Add some good chopped Salami or a diced Bacon Rasher
Salt and Pepper
Heat for ca. 5 - 6 minutes
