New 24/7 Packet “Islands”

Just Before Christmas, the Deutsche Post introduced its new 24/7 so-called Parcel Service “Islands” at thirty locations in Berlin. Enabling a round-the-clock service for parcel customers for the first time. Automatic compartments allow parcels to be weighed, franked and posted at locations where it isn’t viable to open a regular Post Office.
